Online Learning made Easy by ‘Eji Learning’- Skill Ka Naya Adda

The Indian landscape’s Blue Ocean seems infinite and online learning has got this universe expanding even more. It just takes a conviction to reach the untouched sectors-like educating the ITI holders and the blue collar workers- through technology. India has seen an immense growth in education technology in the past few years, especially during and after COVID. There are six unicorns, with the likes of Byjus, Unacademy etc. and the industry as a whole received $16.1 billion of venture capital funding which is a 32X increase since 2010. This is the current landscape of the industry and now the question arises: What different sectors do the industry comprise of? These could be K-12 (Kindergarten to 12th), competitive exams, technical courses, government exams etc.

Where does Eji Learning comes in?

The section which needs maximum attention is where Eji Learning comes in. The entire lower or middle working class which comprises of the ITI holders, diploma holders who could be electricians or the solar panel fitters or the small accountants who could not pursue MBA or the digital marketing enthusiasts etc. To be precise, blue-collar professions we can say. This group forms a major chunk of the population and still not much educational services are being availed to them. Everybody concentrates on school students or on the ones preparing for competitive exams but what about those who are neither students nor properly skilled enough to pursue their jobs well. This is where Eji Learning comes and targets to make their lives easier and we have to optimize the usage of online learning space.

How would we do it and what benefits would we provide to our students?

To help our students, we have developed vocational courses, both online and classroom, which focus on various professions they could pursue. These comprise of courses on Solar, Power sector, Heating ventilation and Air conditioning, EV charging and also on the very much needed soft skills as well as necessary IT skills. This immensity of our courses signals towards our commitment in helping this sector. Will it be all about skill building?
No. Skill building is just a part of our vision. We aim to equip them with the necessary recognition which will help them in career growth.
