FOUNDER & CEO

He has over 16 years of experience in Technical/Management Consulting Services. He is an MBA graduate from Great Lakes and B.Teh(Houns) in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur. He is the initiator of this idea and started commercialization. He is responsible for the strategic development and successful implementation of the system.

Poonam Kumari

CO-FOUNDER, HEAD OF STRATEGY

She has about 15 years of experience. An MBA Graduate in Energy/Marketing from Great Lakes Institute of Energy Management. Having more than nine years of experience in strategy development & marketing. She did her B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from BIT Mesra. She plays a great role in marketing, spreading awareness and all financial related work.

Gourav Jain

CO-FOUNDER & HEAD OF FINANCE

Finance professional with more than 10 years of experience in IT, Banking, investor relations and business finance. He is a qualified MBA Finance from Great Lakes and Mechanical Engineer from D.C.R. University of Science & Technology, Sonipat (Haryana). Proficiency in Strategic planning, Financial Management & Controlling with excellent analytical skill.

Prince Kumar

TECHNICAL EXPERT

Having over 5+ years of experience in Solar/ Operation and Maintenance Services industries. He is a graduate of B.E (Houns) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. He is responsible for the strategic development and successful implementation of the system.

Krishan Yadav

Operations Manager

He has over 10 years of experience in IT and Solar sector. He is an MBA graduate, from Great Lakes and B.Tech (Houns) in Electrical Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology’s New Delhi. He possess extensive knowledge on Business Development, Regulatory Approvals, Material Procurement, Business Strategy, Project Management in addition to Operation & Maintenance of Renewable Energy Projects.

Harish Sharma

Digital Marketer

Digital marketer with experience in practical implications and target based advertising. Pursued his under-graduation from University of Delhi focusing on Bachelors of Commerce. During his time in College, He worked at Core Team Levels of various college societies some of them being The Commerce Society, Placement Cell & Gender Championship Cell. His core skill being managing events and promoting events among the targeted audience.
